Regional Manager and International Business Development

Deniz Tekeli has more than 15 years of professional experience in the EU, USA, Western Balkans and Türkiye, including more than 10 years managing EU-funded programmes and projects in Türkiye, mainly as a project director. Deniz is now the regional manager for Türkiye and is responsible for the group’s procurement activities.

Deniz has worked in the private sector and international donor-funded projects in various managerial positions and has acquired extensive knowledge of developing and implementing organisational strategies, policies and practices at both national and local levels. He has also led the long-term planning, implementation and monitoring activities of many projects. He has broad experience in communication, networking and awareness raising and having served as project director in numerous projects he has built vital team management skills.
