Honorary President

Robert (Bob) DeLeeuw is the founder and President of the US-based BD Consulting Group and its predecessor, DeLeeuw Associates. Bob has been Honorary President of WEglobal since 2018.

Bob began his consulting career over 35 years ago, leading business process reengineering programmes and some of the largest merger and integration operations in the financial services industry. After successful leadership roles in other firms, Bob created DeLeeuw Associates in 1991 and, later, BD Consulting Group, and continued to lead and support key business transformation initiatives across the financial services industry. During this time Bob proudly brought together and developed teams of project management professionals that have successfully carried out hundreds of diverse and complex projects for a wide range of clients.

Bob is a strategist, who gets things done, and a financial services specialist. He created a company and a team of consultants that provide client value at every level. His true legacy is not limited to the work he has done but includes the people he has supported and developed throughout his consulting career.
