Farnia has worked with international clients on strategic issues related to transformation and change for more than 20 years. As a senior leader at several boutique consulting and Fortune 100 firms, including AT&T, Citi and Morgan Stanley, she coached, trained and consulted with global leaders in more than 33 countries. As an entrepreneur and founder of The Lenserf Group, she has helped decision makers trust their instincts.

She has extensive experience across financial services, technology, professional services and small businesses that can help clients challenged with planning and implementing complex initiatives drive change and get big things done by working with them to create high-performing, diverse teams. She has helped boards of directors and individual leaders develop their strategic thinking to achieve alignment of purpose, build trust, create clarity, increase mental fitness and resilience, build roadmaps, plan for succession and elevate performance.

While Farnia lives in the US, she is a global citizen moulded by her first-generation US experience. She deeply understands cultural nuances and works with the WEglobal advisory board to frame and expand its People Strategy.

Farnia has a master’s in Positive Intelligence and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania.
