Joe Miller has been in donor-funded technical assistance since it started, leading some of the first and largest projects in central and eastern Europe, Russia, China, the Middle East, North Africa, SE Asia and Turkey. He brings more than 30 years’ first-hand, practical experience at director level with three major consulting groups. And he has successfully led a total project portfolio of more than €1 billion, most recently, the €12.5M Trade Cooperation Facility in Indonesia.

Joe focuses on strategies for inspiring impact in development work. He brings technical know-how and creativity; and encourages learning, innovation and technology for achieving effective project implementation and promoting attempts to scale solutions.
