Although it is a relatively new field, WEglobal has already applied its knowledge of the digital economy to the benefit of several projects:

– Capacity development of employees and employers through information and communication technologies
– Support to quality infrastructure framework within the context of the Deep and Comprehesive Free Trade Agreement in the Republic of Moldova

–      Conducting diagnostic studies to identify the transformational needs of businesses to compete within the digital economy and preparation of recommendations.

–      Developing an online learning platform, including delivery of 100 online courses for employees, employers and the general public.

–      Design and delivery of training programmes for 1,123 employees from 967 enterprises, and 8,252 employers from 5,241 enterprises to develop their capacity in relation to using digital tools for their businesses.

–      Developing a mobile networking platform to facilitate networking, collaboration and cooperation between local administrations and other stakeholders.

–      Technical consultancy and capacity development to help SMEs build the digital infrastructure they need to deliver services.
