The scope of this call for tenders covers the provision training services in the field of soft skills and professional knowledge. The objective of this call for tender is the signature of a framework contract in cascade with a maximum of two contractors for the provision of various training courses, conferences, seminars, coaching and similar or related activities, as well as the corresponding educational and learning support material in all formats, hereinafter referred to as ‘learning and training activities’, ‘courses’ or ‘training services”.
