A Mission Proven and Thoroughly Accomplished

Using the latest ICT tools to provide training and capacity building to SME employees and employers: the Bilgeİş project

We worked with universities, technoparks, business associations, NGOs, professional organisations, industrial zones and chambers of commerce and commerce to make the courses and training they provide more accessible to those who need them using the latest ICT tools. In close cooperation with our stakeholders we developed the Bilgeİş e-learning portal, through which 100 online courses related to Information and Communication Technologies were provided free of charge to thousands of people from all over Turkey and Turkish-speaking countries. The numbers registering on the portal continued to rise even after the project had closed, and some two months after completion the number of registered users stood at 50,000.
