International Business Development and Project Management

Dr. Kostas Metaxiotis holds a professorship at the University of Piraeus, Greece, in Business Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management. He has been involved in international co-operation and development since 1997, including business development at director level, provision of technical expertise and management of EU-funded projects. His professional career also includes more than 10 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation and results-based monitoring of projects funded by the EU and other international donors. He is fully familiar with project planning and preparation of international tender dossiers, and has served as a voting member on tender evaluation committees.
