WEglobal and Strategic Partners’ Annual Big Team Meeting took place in Antalya on 25-27 October 2022 with 150 team members from all around the world!
The theme of this year’s meeting is “Pitstop”, which is about to have a break to refresh at a fast pace.
In this year’s meeting, we focused on three things: Refresh, Focus, and Accelerate.
- We have refreshed to take a breath.
- We have focused on moving ourselves to the next point.
- We have accelerated to build a better world.
For the first time after the COVID-19 pandemic, we came together with our team members from all around the world. We get the chance to come together and discuss how to build a better world. We also took the opportunity to look at our forecasts for the future and our strategies for 2023 and beyond.
In different sessions, we underlined the importance of working together, seeking new technological solutions and finding creative ways of project management.
